No. Under bdt7's policy, each individual may hold only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number or email may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

On the login page Click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your registered mobile number or email, and an OTP or reset link will be sent to you. Use it to set a new password.

Entering the wrong password five times in a row will temporarily lock your account for 30 minutes. It will unlock automatically after 30 minutes, or you can log in immediately using OTP. If the lock persists, please contact support.

Certain details such as your name and date of birth cannot easily be changed after KYC verification. To update your mobile number or email, your KYC must be completed and you'll need to submit a request to support.
